Overseas Disclosures

Once your personal information is shared with an Overseas Recipient, it will be governed by that recipient’s privacy policy. Please be aware that the Overseas Recipient may not be subject to privacy obligations or principles similar to those of the Privacy Act. By agreeing to this Privacy Statement and Consent, you:

GNP suppliers may disclose personal information to third parties located in the United States, Singapore, and China (referred to as “Overseas Recipients”) for purposes such as providing their products, product analytics services, and storage services for personal information, enabling them to perform direct marketing activities.

  • Consent to our suppliers sharing your personal information (such as full name, address, and date of birth) with an Overseas Recipient for the purposes mentioned above;
  • Acknowledge that you will not be able to seek redress under the Privacy Act if the Overseas Recipient mishandles your personal information in a way that breaches the Privacy Act; and

You may withdraw your consent for the disclosure of your personal information by our suppliers to Overseas Recipients at any time by providing written notice to the supplier with whom you have an agreement. However, this may result in the supplier being unable to provide you with its services/products.

Our suppliers have informed GPN that they have conducted reasonable investigations to ensure that these Overseas Recipients are reputable service providers.
